locked entrance missing tiles
the room was quite clean.
I arrived to find the main entrance locked. i had to call to be directed around to a back entrance, it felt a bit odd. some areas seemed rundown, and the promised 4-star quality was definitely missing. tiles were missing from the bathroom wall. the room felt a bit shabby.

disorganized staff street noise
The location was good. It was a short walk to the main attractions.
Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready, even though it was past check-in time. the staff seemed a bit disorganized. the 'standard king room' was smaller than expected and lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear street noise throughout the night.
